Carrigan Engineering Inc. has over 15 years of structural design experience of single family dwellings, additions, and small commercial / industrial structures. We are familiar with the latest wind load reinforcement designs for buildings in both Zone 2 (110 mph) and Zone 3 (120 mph) wind zones. We are also capable of designing the foundation systems for both residential and commercial buildings located within flood zones.

Carrigan Engineering Inc. can work in conjunction with your architect or designer or refer you to many other local architect and designers for help in designing your particular project. If your design is completed, we can produce drawings for you with the required details to obtain a building permit, or simply provide a “mark-up” of required framing members for your Architect or designer to incorporate in their package.
